Thirty years ago, Stéphan Guindon began his journey in kinesiology, physiotherapy, and Osteopathic Manual Therapy, driven by a strong passion for understanding the human body. After earning a degree in physical education and assisting at the McGill University Sports Medicine Clinic, he pursued physiotherapy, gaining extensive experience in sports injury treatment.
Furthering his studies, he completed a Diploma in Osteopathy, and later took advanced training in the Osteopathic Mechanical Link method, a holistic approach to treating the body as a whole. Since 2003, he has successfully run multidisciplinary clinics in Lachine, Dorval, and Calgary, providing expert care through a combination of physiotherapy, kinesiology and osteopathy.
